Educational Qualification:
- For Junior Assistant: applicant must have a graduate degree (from a government verified university) and have typing speed of minimum 35 words per minute.
- For Junior Stenographer & Junior Scale Stenographer: Candidate must have a graduate degree and a shorthand speed of 65 words per minute and type-writing speed of 35 words per minute.
Age Limit & Domicile:
- Age limit: Open Merit category: up to 40 years; for SC/ST etc: up to 43 years
- Candidates should be domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir as per JKSSB norms.
